NOTICE: Unfortunately, Our bank & system does not allow refunds greater than the full amount paid. That means if we issue a full refund for your returned items, we have no way to reimburse you for the returned shipment cost. Therefore, we ask our customers to make the return via USPS Ground to keep the cost as low as possible. Otherwise, you may make prior arrangements with us to somehow cover your cost via Zell or Paypal.
You may return new items sold and fulfilled by ModaItaly.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Items that are Not Returnable
ModaItaly.com does not accept returns of the following items:
- Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- Gift cards
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us for a replacement
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center
